Clear Design & Build worked on a partial bathroom remodel for us, converting a shower stall to a bathtub and shower combination. We had a wonderful experience working with Roi and the Clear Design & Build team! Their communication was amazing and really helped us understand the process and know what was going on - we appreciated that so much. Their team did such a great job on our bathroom - we are so happy with the finished product! Thank you so much!!

I used Clear for our San Rafael room addition project. Roi, Jasmine and the whole team were terrific! The project was completed on time, on budget and all the detailing was performed to our complete satisfaction. Not much more we could’ve asked for.

Thank you Roi and team Clear!

We were referred to Roy by a mutual friend who highly recommended him, and we are so glad we followed their advice. We had a major remodel and needed someone we could trust, and Roy was the perfect match for us. Everyone in his crew and even the subcontractors were amazing. We are super happy with how our kitchen turned out.

Roi and his team did a fantastic job with our exterior remodel. We were new to this type of project, and Roi spent a lot of time, before we signed the contract, explaining every bit of the process. He and his team were extremely communicative and punctual.
When there were things we wanted changed or redone a certain way, there was never any pushback and it was done with speed.

Would highly recommend working with Roi and his team - he will ensure the outcome is exactly as desired

This is the second time Roi and his crew do work in our home. And once again they exceeded our expectations.

This time we contracted Clear Design to paint and replace the ugly carpet with hardwood floors on our second floor. They also installed new carpet with wood risers on the stairs and new baseboards everywhere. While we removed all the extraneous stuff from drawers and shelves, the team moved all the furniture in the bedrooms and office area. We are SO pleased with the results! The work was completed ahead of time, and workers showed up on time per the schedule we had agreed on. Every one in Roi's crew worked diligently and expertly, with Ricardo or Roi coming on a regular basis to inspect and give direction. Roi communicates all the time, is straight forward and takes time to ensure we understand the contract before we sign and that we're pleased with the results once the work is done. While Roi is outstanding, how he chooses his staff says a lot about his company: every one represents him, and each crew member is fastidious about their work, taking the time to complete everything perfectly and diligently.

I have no hesitation in recommending Roi and Clear Design & Build for your renovation needs. There were no budget surprises, and his bid was reasonable. We will certainly be calling on them again to help us with the list of renos we have for our home.

I will fully admit that I’m not the easiest client to please and have exceeding high standards. We own a mid-century home and have been painstakingly undoing years of shoddy work to restore and modernize her. We contracted Clear Design & Build to remodel all the bathrooms in our house. We had never undertaken a project like this and need a lot of help and guidance we could trust. CD&B exceeded our expectations.

Customer-service
Roi and the team at CD&B made sure we fully understood the process and project milestones before we ever signed a contract. This helped us know what to expect, avoiding any surprises or unexpected costs. And if we had any questions or concerns, Roi was always available and patient in helping us.

Problem solving
When problems did arise — or we challenged Roi to find an unusual solution to address the quirks of our home — he consulted with his team, did research and presented us with options. It was never “this is the way it is” with Roi. CD&B understood our goals and met them.

High standards and make-it-right attitude
I have very high standards — expecting quality materials and craftsmanship. Roi is the same, having a sharp eye for details and spotting work that may need a bit of polish. He made the commitment that project would not be considered done until we were fully satisfied with the work.

Experience
In particular, Eichler experience. Mid-century homes could not be built today. They come with a lot of quirks and weird construction solutions that aren’t typical and can be unfamiliar for a lot of tradesman and contractors. Roi and his team knew what they were doing.

We ended up choosing Clear to replace the flooring in our house, Roi was our project manager, and made the whole process easy, Juan did such a nice job on the install. I must say great professionalism and workmanship.

Roi did an incredible job on our home remodel—recently upgrading our master bedroom to match with the rest of our home. He is very communicative, has a strong design sense, and a desire to ensure that your home really meets the aspirations you have for it. We feel lucky to have such a great contractor whom we trust there to help our family.

Working with Roi at Clear Design and Build was an absolute pleasure! He remodeled my backyard, handling everything from the concrete and pavers to building a beautiful pergola. The transformation is incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Roi made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was always communicative, professional, and had great ideas to bring my vision to life. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really stood out. It was fun working with someone who truly cares about their work and their clients. I highly recommend Clear Design and Build for any remodeling project—thank you, Roi, for creating such an amazing outdoor space!
